For many years now, people’s diets have been classified mainly into three branches, namely vegetarians, eggiterians and non-vegetarians. Most people preferred to consume what was plated before them without thinking much about the ingredients and raw materials that had gone behind cooking the said dish.
However, in recent times people have become extremely conscious about what they eat. This consciousness is a result of many factors; the essential ones being good health, one’s responsibility towards the environment, mindful eating and so on.
All this and more has given rise to another branch of food consumption, better known as “Veganism”.
